🛍️ Returns Policy

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility :

• provided the item is Unused and in its original condition

• provided the item is Packed in the original packaging

• provided the item is Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

• Items that are damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling

• Custom-made or special-order items

• Products with missing parts or accessories

Pickup or return shipping:

• • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

💰 Refunds Policy

Inspection & Approval:

• • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Partial refunds may apply:

• • If the product shows signs of use or damage

  • If any parts are missing from the original package

Late or missing refunds:

• • If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or contact us directly.

🔄 Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

📦 Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and will follow the return policy.
